Examination of foreigners
Our outpatient clinic provides medical services for the purpose of obtaining a medical certificate that the foreigner does not suffer fromany disease endangering public health for the needs of the Alien Policepursuant to Section 124 of Act No. 404/2011 Coll. on the Residence of Aliens.
Examination for the Foreign Police:
- Issuance of a medical certificate that the alien does not suffer from any disease endangering public health,
- The issued certificates are accepted by the Foreign Police,
- Examination without an appointment: every Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m,
- Examination of the whole family, including minors,
- Comprehensive and individual approach to each patient, completion of medical condition,
- Qualified medical staff and communication in English, Ukrainian and Russia.
We help foreigners to obtain the medical certificate theyneed for various purposes such as work, study or long-term residence in an EU country.

- comprehensive examination is carried out in one working day without the need for repeated visits to the outpatient clinic,
- we send the medical certificate by post directly to the address you provide or to the Foreign Police.
Don't forget to bring: passport, stool sample (you can buy the tube at the pharmacy or get it directly at the outpatient clinic).
