How can you find us?

The outpatient clinic is situated in the MED-ART complex, located in front of the pharmacy "Your pharmacy Zdenka". Parking and wheelchair access is a matter of course. The entrance to the car park (on the left hand side) is separated by a ramp with the bell directly to the dispensary.

Do I have to make an appointment?

We examine all patients without an appointment, every Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm. Appointed patients and children have priority and  guaranteed appointmenttime. Please make an appointment if possible.

Do you also examine children in the clinic?

In our clinic we examine children from 6 months of age.

What do I need to bring to the examination?

You need to bring a valid passport, a stool sample (a collection container can be purchased at any pharmacy).

Can I eat before the examination?

On the day of the examination, you must come fasting, but you must drink enough water (min. 2.5 dcl).

How long does the examination take ?

The examination itself takes about 45 minutes, after which you need to have a chest X-ray (about 20 min).

How will I communicate with the medical staff?

In our outpatient clinic you will speak English, Ukrainian and Russian.

What does the examination itself consist of?

Before the examination, the patient fills in a questionnaire with his/her basic identification data and medical diagnoses. Subsequently, blood collection (haematological, biochemical and serological tests), swabbingand urine and stool sample submission for examination. After a physicalexamination by the physician (standard internal examination), the patient goes for a chest X-ray. The patient does not return to the outpatient clinic.

When will the medical report for the Foreign Police beissued?

We guarantee to issue the medical report within 5 working days. We send the report to the address you provide, electronically or directly to the Foreign Police. The medical report accepted by the Foreign Police cannot be older than 30 days.

What does the medical report contain?

The medical report contains the name, passport number, date of birth and a statement whether the foreigner does not suffer from/suffers from a disease endangering public health for the needs of the Aliens Policepursuant to Section 124 of Act No. 404/2011 Coll. on the Residence of Aliens.

What should I do if a medical report cannot be issued because I have a disease thatthreatens public health?

We treat each patient comprehensively and individually. If you suffer from a disease that threatens public health, you will be diagnosed and recommended a therapeutic course of action and, if necessary, recommended for an examination at a special department.

How can I pay for the examination?

Payment in cash and by card is possible.
